If that picture’s not clear, that’s a 10 minute mile. I was running continuously at 6, 6.5, and 7mph. That’s not the best a human can do, but it is definitely in “athlete” status, and it’s about 5 times what I could do at the beginning of this year.

Not being able to do that was really bugging me, and now that I’ve done it, I know I can get 9 minutes. I want 5 by the end of the year.

My current class schedule is making working out difficult. The kind of schedule I had last month just isn’t doable now and that’s why Ive been slacking. I think my best option at this point is to keep hitting the fat burn, drop p90 for the moment and focus on cardio every day, and abripper every other day.

I’ve slimmed down, my abs are showing, and the muscle is there. I’ve achieved what I set out to do, but if I’m going to get that last bit of “wow ’em” improvement by Mega that last bit of fat has to go. HITT and normal Cario is how I plan to do it.
