It is now the 90 day mark to AFO and things are going pretty smoothly.

I hit the gym again and got a pretty good workout, but I think I was lifting a bit to heavey a weight and I didn’t get the full benefit of it.

Next time Chris and I will start doing a burnout set. That’s where you lift until you can’t anymore, then take some weight off and do it again, THAT should be enough.

I also finally got that cash I was talking about, so I can start my diet in earnest too.

90 days… should be more then enough.
