Today’s run was hell.

I’m almost completely healed, but I have this one muscle in my backside that still aches and makes it hard to walk long distances. I sucked it up and ran though the hurt and it was HARD. I had to take breaks after every 10 minutes at first, but eventually I was able to finish up my normal hour and keep up my normal 5mph pace.

My back and backside now feel better then they did when I started, but GOD DAMN that sucked!

Remind me never to hurt myself again.
