After the new year I decided to get back into shape. Mainly I just want to look good in a Tshirt and jeans again.

That picture is not even 3 years old, so I’m barely out of practice.

It’s easier if you set a goal so I’m going to try to get all skinny by Megacon at the end of March. That’s about 6 weeks away so I have just enough time to do it.

Luckily I’ve done this before, for the same event actually, so it’s no longer feeling around and the dark and more just getting it done.

To that end, I have made my own workout that’s a mix between P90x and my treadmill & weight machine into a program that I call PETE90x…

…cleaver I know.

The reason I am mixing it up is because I find much better results with my treadmil then Tony’s active cardio and I don’t have my old barbells so I have to implement the machine to make up for that.

I can already tell this is going to work, I’m eating right and looking forward to the workouts again. I only created this post as a record of what the new program is because it took way to long to make and I don’t want to loose it.

Unlike the last time I did this, I don’t plan to make a lot of post about it. This time it’s a goal of health instead of vanity and frankly I have twitter and facebook to broadcast to the world that a workout is done.

I am going to create one more post for diet though, I’ve had to figure out what to eat and when for a 3rd time based on notes from my last workout and I want it listed here on the blog so I don’t have to do it again.
