All my pals know I’m not a big fan of the Wii.

I think it’s a great machine, and is the first in 20 years to replace the original NES as an entry level machine for kids and older people who have never gamed before. I personally don’t enjoy playing it, I find it a bit boring.

All my buddies love it however, and I got a chance to try Wii fit.

Basically it’s a scale that is really accurate to where and how you are standing, so it can be used as a controller for games.

It had me do a few basic push-ups and stretches, and was pretty good. I stopped doing it once it was time to jog, I wasn’t dressed for it, and jogging in place with no shoes was hurting my feet.

Anyway, when I first got on it, it told me I was 22lbs over weight, and that’s right at how much I plan to lose by AFO, so I think it’s pretty cool.

If you have a wii, and you can find one, I’d recommend picking one up.
