I decided to go for a walk yesturday. A really long walk.

16 miles total, in a little under 4 hours. Not shabby for not keeping up with my daily jog, and for being 2 hours past when I normally go to sleep.

I’m a little sunburn, a little tired, and my legs and hurt, but other then that, I feel really good.

Although I can do strength training, it’s always been a chore. I’m amazed to find that I really enjoy this endurance stuff. I haven’t been able to really use my newfound strength, but being able to run has become a really useful asset for me.

I can travel long distances relativity quickly, with lots of endurance left for when i get there. That’s not a skill that I ever thought I would have.
