Rock band is a lot of fun. I haven’t enjoyed a game like this since I first got Guitar Hero 1. I have played the drums, sang some vocals and of course rocked out in both bass and regular guitar.
My school buddy Chris came over to try it out too. He’s a real drummer, I know for a fact he is because I have heard him play, but he hated this game. He kept wanting to free style and would miss notes all over the place. To quote him directly, my drums can burn in hell.
Still, I enjoy it. I can feel the idea of a real battle of the bands competition forming in my mind. If I can get enough spin on it, I can see it being a big deal at AFO. maybe even make it like a league.
That’s if I can get enough people interested. It is an expensive game after all. not even all the AFO crew plan on picking it up, wel’ll see.
