It’s only been a few days and I’m already seeing results.

I could do 5 pull ups before, but yesterday I could I do 10, and I could do them with my legs strait out (like my whole body forms an L) I’ve been trying to do that for a while.

so evidentially eating pro muscle foods gives you muscle super fast. how awesome is that?

I’m also seeing results on the gut, those abs are just behind the flab and want to stick out. If I can get them to do so, with a little bronzing I may be able to pull this off. Never in my life did I think I would be thin enough to do that, neat.

Funny story, within 5 minutes of the original post that I might not be marching with the Dr who group, the leader of that group sent me an IM. I’m onto you Andy, you must read this :) So I should mention something about marching in the parade.
At this point I have a 50/50 chance of successfully being good enough for the spartan army. That means I am totally prepared for not making my goal and that’s why I haven’t backed out of being the brigadier yet. I love being the brig, but can anyone fault me for taking a chance to be in good enough shape that I can walk around in leather underpants and people will WANT to take my picture? I say no so that’s why I’m talking about doing it.

I most likely wont make it, there’s not enough time, but I’m going to try like hell do get it done, and if I fail… well the brig will look awful buff this year…
