On New years eve, Gab and I had a job running the photobooth at a country club.
One thing to keep in mind is that I am definitely a madman with a box.
While we didn’t know anyone there we still had a good time celebrating the new year together.
Since it was such a classy place we wanted to blend in with the clientele.

But when snacks were finally served, Gabi found they had candified bacon! That’s a whole new kind of classy and is as delicious has it sounds.
This was so good we tracked down the chief and asked for the recipe.
So a whole new way to make bacon delicious, a good start to the year!
