Last week I had pushed myself pretty hard and by my back was pretty sore. I was planning to take Saturday and Sunday to just relax, but Friday night, I had to um… ahem… exert myself one more time and when I woke up on sat, my lower back was locked up fierce.

I was still hoping to recover, but here it is Wed and it’s still too painful to work out. I’m going to have to sit out of the gym at least two more days, and I HATE missing workouts because of injuries created by other workouts

It’s frustrating, and embarrassing, and there is just no need for it.

so, I’m telling you about my shame here because if you all know about it, I’ll be less likely to do it again. Luckily this shouldn’t stop me from being in spartan shape in time, but it sure doesn’t help.
