I’ve been doing pretty good with getting in shape. the only thing I haven’t changed is my diet and for the next 4 weeks I’m going to try to do that. On the recommendation of a friend I picked up “the abs diet.”

this book talks about whats good to eat and what exercises you should do to gain more muscle. I’m going to try to get the gut gone by following it’s advice. If I get there, I’m thinking about marching with the 300 group as Daxios. sorry this pic is so bad but he didn’t get his own kickass photo shoot, and most of the time he’s in close up.

huh huh? I think I can pull it off… If I’m lucky. I just have to get those abs to show, and according to this book it can be done. we’ll see.
