A while back I posted a shirtless pic of myself because I entered a contest at a forum I frequent to see who would be most improved over a 2 month period. I don’t know if Im most improved, but I am happy with how much weight I have lost.

that being said, I know I’m being lazy about this, I know I could lose more and be in even better shape. so starting now I am adding some cardio into my daily workout.

now I’ll do some pushups, some situps and half an hour on the bike. Ive been spending alot of time in the pool, but not doing real heart raising stuff.
